Does your older child need sleep support?

FORT COLLINS Early Childhood Sleep Training

Preschoolers and older children bring unique challenges to the sleep training process.  These challenges will require a great deal of expertise on not only sleep but also on discipline, boundaries, sleep needs, and childhood mental health including ADHD and anxiety.

Do you…

Feel frustrated and don’t know what to do? Dread bedtime and the night? Resort to yelling and then feel guilty later? Resent your child for these challenges? Feel like a mombie, barely getting by? Experience anxiety and depression?

Does your child….

Stall at bedtime? Have tantrums at bedtime or in the night? Wake up multiple times in the night, requiring your help to get back to sleep? Do you find your child in your room in the night? Are you co sleeping out of necessity, not choice?

What if I told you….

Bedtime CAN be a pleasant experience! You and your child can sleep all night. With enough sleep, your child will grow and thrive.

YOU will feel AMAZING!

The Reality….

Mama you don’t have to live this way! How many years has it been since you slept well – 1, 3, 5? Too long! You and your child can sleep all night. You can enjoy bedtime. You can have time for YOU again.

Trust me, there is hope!

Save my amazing sleeper.  Let’s do it!

What sets us apart from other sleep coaching programs?

If you’re wondering if you could just do this on your own and read a book the answer is maybe. But what happens when it doesn’t work? Your book isn’t going to talk back to you. Do you move on and read another book? And let’s be honest, do you really have time to read a book, let alone 5?

I offer a unique approach to sleep:

Support

I believe in making personal connections and almost always conduct my consultations in person (for no extra cost). I believe in building trust and a partnership with a family. For families that are not local, fostering trust and a strong partnership can be equally achieved through video chats and unlimited phone and email support.

Accountability

You can count on me to hold you to our plan and guide you down the least frustrating road to restful sleep. I’m always following along, so you can get your sleep and life back as quickly as possible.

Knowledge

I bring the science into sleep. It’s important to not only know how to get our children to sleep but also WHY they need sleep and how sleep works. As parents we always want the best for our kids. If we know the why behind the sleep, parents feel more motivated to put the how in motion.

Sleep Consultant for Life

You’ll get to know me as “your sleep consultant for life.” I’ll forever be a resource and a support. You never have to suffer again. I’m an email away, a constant resource, and your biggest cheerleader.

See for yourself…

“At the risk of sounding overly dramatic, I’ll say it anyway – I feel as though Becky saved my life. She helped us so much with our five year old when things felt completely hopeless. We were exhausted and felt as though we had tried everything. We were frustrated and defeated. Within five days, he slept through the night, and has done it ever since (after more than 5 years of not sleeping well at all). She is so kind, supportive and helpful. I never felt judged and I knew we had her full support at all times. So very glad I took this “last resort” chance – she is amazing!”
